Information Delivery

Preparation and delivery of your order :

Each article is unique because they are all made by hand in France. In addition, I put a point of honour to perfect them.

For items in stock, the preparation time of your order varies between 1 to 2 days after receipt of the payment.

With respect to items on order, the period varies between 6 to 12 days depending on the creation (e.g. the time of catalysis of resin objects depends on its size and thickness).

The packaging is always neat and secure so that your purchases reach you in perfect condition.

If you want to order an item to give a gift to someone, I can depending on your choice, send it to you or send it directly to the person concerned with a card from you.

The small "letter format" shipments are made via La Poste worldwide.

Shipments of parcels are made via Colissimo La Poste and Mondial Relay (according to the countries concerned) for the international (all countries combined).

Please note, however, that I do not take charge of any customs and other taxes that may be requested.

Once your order is ready and sent, you will receive a tracking number to track its delivery and distribution.
